The Christian Sanderson Museum in Chadds Ford, PA is an undiscovered "gem" in the scenic countryside of Chester County. The result of 80 years of collecting by "village historian" Chris Sanderson, the museum was largely the work of his good friend Tom Thompson, who painstakingly retrieved, cleaned and catalogued thousands of historical artifacts of Americana. Formally dedicated in 1967 by Thompson, Andrew Wyeth and others, it is a tribute to a great man.
